- How is flared and unflared jewelry measured?
- Why are non-paired singles so expensive?
The price for just one plug is about 2/3 the price of a pair. We frequently have to break up a matched pair and normally might not sell other single for a couple years. I choose to sell these orphans at a big discount here at the Harvard Avenue shop.
- Do you accept credit card payments?
Bet your ass we do! We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express credit cards via PayPal. PayPal is an eBay company that enables any individual or business with an email address to send and receive payments online. All credit card orders will be shipped to the credit card holder's billing address as confirmed by PayPal only. We cannot make any exceptions. Don't waste your time asking.
- Can I pay by check or money order?
Orders that are paid via personal check are subject to hold until the funds have cleared. This usually means just a few extra days. Bank check and money order payments will be immediately processed and shipped. Click here to download our printable mail order form. Be sure your order includes all stone varieties, shapes, sizes and quantities along with your payment. Please send it all to our mailing address at Tulsa Body Jewelry, 4306 South Peoria #645, Tulsa OK 74105. This address is a secure mailbox location, not the physical location of our retail shop.
- Why do you guys have two addresses?
- How is my order packaged and shipped?
All of our jewelry is individually heat sealed in a little plastic bag and then packed into a heavy stock box with cotton. This is wrapped several times with bubble wrap and then placed inside a bubble padded mailer. All orders are shipped completely free of charge via USPS first class mail with delivery confirmation.
- Can you ship to an address other than the credit card holder's billing address?
Nope. Sorry, but we can't, don't and won't do it. It doesn't matter if it's a birthday/christmas gift, or you're away at college, or the mean bank just won't update your card address. There's a high level of credit card fraud online, and enforcing this rule is the only way we're protected. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we can't keep prices low and get ripped off constantly at the same time.
- How long will it take for my order to arrive?
- Will you ship overnight or express?
Sorry, but we don't currently offer any kind of express shipping.
- Do you allow merchandise returns or exchanges?
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than quality defects or sizing errors on our part. We inspect all jewelry before it's packed and shipped, but mistakes will occassionally slip through. We offer a quick exchange for the correct merchandise, but no refunds unless we cannot provide the replacement.
